This vehicle came in with cylinder misfires 1-4. The Chain guide in bank 1 broke, causing the timing to be thrown off. Engine and transmission needs to be removed in order to replace the 4 timing chains, and all guides and tensioners.
This seems to be a common issue with the chain driven 4.2 V8’s.
