The Owners Story
A teenager’s love of Volkswagen cars is the drive behind Steve Pallante’s passion to open his own automotive repair shop specializing in VW’s. After dreaming of owning a VW Golf GTI as a child, Steve was able to purchase his first VW at the age of 17. Soon after, he pursued a diploma as an automotive service technician from Niagara College and completed an apprenticeship with a Volkswagen dealership. Steve honed his VW skills and during that time, yearned to deal directly with the customer, rather than just be the technician. That was the spark necessary for Steve to pursue his dream of owning a VW repair shop.
